We have a new menu inspired by local chef, Gabriel Claycamp. We will use The Swinery's products for several new small plate offerings.

We believe in high quality, fresh ingredients and prefer to use local, sustainable, organic products whenever possible.  We source local, farm fresh ingredients and support locally owned businesses. We proudly use and support:
